The presentation at the Istana formally began H.E. Alexandra Baumann’s mission as Ambassador of Switzerland to Singapore.
H.E. Alexandra Baumann presented her credentials to Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam at the Istana, formally beginning her mission as Ambassador of Switzerland to Singapore. She was accompanied by her spouse, Richard Grandorge.
During the occasion, President Tharman and H.E. Baumann exchanged views on future collaboration, particularly in fintech and anticipatory science diplomacy. They also looked ahead to the upcoming 60th anniversary of bilateral relations between Switzerland and Singapore.
