The Futuru Líder ba ASEAN (FLBA) Cohort 3 delegation from Timor-Leste completed a five-day immersion programme in Cambodia, gaining practical experience in governance, education, vocational training, trade, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, culture, health, environmental sustainability and ASEAN integration.
Led by Team Leader Ms Solange Borges, the ten-member delegation engaged with government institutions, private-sector organisations, technology innovators, entrepreneurship networks and civil society.
