Eight local craft breweries collaborate on ‘Beyond the Circuit’, a limited-edition jasmine-rice tropical lager, to mark Grand Prix Season Singapore.

SINGAPORE, 8 September 2025 – In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, eight of Singapore’s independent craft breweries have joined forces to create a special brew for this year’s Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS). The limited-edition beer, named ‘Beyond the Circuit’, will debut on 23 September at Brewerkz One Fullerton.

The collaboration features LeVeL33, Lion Brewery Co, Little Island Brewing Co, RedDot Brewhouse, Ren Min, SevenDaze Brewery, The 1925 Brewing Co and Brewerkz, with Brewerkz serving as the anchor brewer. Together, they have crafted a jasmine-rice tropical lager designed to embody creativity, unity, and local pride, while offering both international visitors and Singaporeans a distinctive taste of the nation’s growing craft beer scene.

Speaking on the initiative, Mitch Gribov, Head Brewer at Brewerkz, said: “Locked out of the circuit, we decided to take the race to the streets. ‘Beyond the Circuit’ is our way of celebrating the season with a beer that’s brewed the local way — fast, fresh, and full of flavour.”

The lager balances smooth drinkability with tropical hops, delivering flavours of passionfruit, lime, and citrus layered on a jasmine-rice base, finished with a crisp and refreshing profile well-suited for Singapore’s tropical climate.

The beer will be available through October across all eight brewery taprooms and restaurants, priced at S$6.90+ per can and S$16–17++ per pint, depending on venue. Brewerkz One Fullerton and Riverside Point will also feature guest beers from the partner breweries starting 26 September, while each brewery plans individual events such as tap takeovers, brewery parties, and curated experiences.

LeVeL33’s brewmaster, Gabriel Garcia, reflected on the partnership: “I enjoyed getting together and having a common project the most, regardless of what beer style we chose to brew. It was great to be able to catch up with everyone at once.”

As Singapore welcomes race fans from around the world, ‘Beyond the Circuit’ highlights the strength of the local craft beer community and its growing role in the nation’s cultural identity.
