At the heart of this year’s festival is Mise en Place at Dempsey Hill, which serves as the central hub with an all-day café, headline collaborations, and thematic showcases. Among the highlights are the Asia debut of Zumbo Desserts by Australian pâtissier Adriano Zumbo, innovative creations by Chef Ivan Yeo of Blue Smoke, the Gastrogeography Feature Wall installation, and The Dempsey Palate, a two-day alfresco celebration of food and community.
Visitors can also enjoy exclusive experiences such as the Riverside Feast at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, the Art of the Mix cocktail sessions, and Gastrogeography Walks led by urban farmer Alexius Yeo. Other highlights include high teas featuring Zumbo Desserts, the sustainability-focused Farm-to-Table Reimagined and Green to Gourmet events, as well as guided Heritage Food Tours through Geylang Serai, Joo Chiat, Katong, and Chinatown.
Affiliate partners are also presenting more than 40 one-off menus and events, including collaborations at Baba Chews, Le Pristine, and Cygnet by Sean Connolly, reflecting the spirit of creativity and diversity that defines Singapore’s food scene.
