The Philippines, as host country of the 45th ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF), is set to take centre stage as it welcomes tourism leaders and industry stakeholders to Mactan, Cebu for ATF 2026, taking place from 27 January to 4 February 2026. The forum continues its long-standing mission of promoting ASEAN as a single, united tourism destination.

ATF 2026 will bring together ASEAN Tourism Ministers, National Tourism Organisations (NTOs), senior officials, TRAVEX exhibitors, international buyers, and members of the media. A key component of the forum is ATF TRAVEX 2026, the travel trade exhibition that showcases the diversity and strength of ASEAN’s tourism offerings through engagement between exhibitors, hosted buyers, and international media representatives.

The three-day TRAVEX exhibition, scheduled from 28 to 30 January 2026, will feature an extensive programme of networking sessions and cultural experiences. Delegates will also have the opportunity to participate in five pre-show tours and eight post-show tours, offering insights into the Philippines’ diverse attractions, ranging from pristine beaches and island resorts to vibrant cultural and heritage sites.

A highlight of ATF TRAVEX 2026 will be the 32 one-to-one business appointments available to exhibitors and buyers, all of which can be fully scheduled prior to arrival in Mactan to enhance efficiency and meaningful engagement. TTG Asia Media has been appointed as the official TRAVEX Secretariat for ATF Philippines, continuing its track record of delivering high-quality business events.

Beyond trade and business, ATF 2026 will also feature the ASEAN Tourism Conference, providing a platform for regional and international experts to discuss key tourism trends, challenges, and opportunities. Complementing the conference and trade activities, the host country has prepared a series of social events, including the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Dinner, and Closing Ceremony, allowing delegates to experience Filipino hospitality and culture firsthand.
