The Line, the all-day dining restaurant at Shangri-La Singapore, is set to celebrate International Women’s Day with Seoulful Feast, In Honouring Women, a specially curated Korean-themed buffet created by Korean-born, Singapore-based Nicky Kim. Running from 6 to 29 March 2026, the dining programme invites guests to experience the depth and comfort of Korean cuisine alongside The Line’s signature international buffet spread.

The Line – Korean Food

Designed as a tribute to the women who matter most, Seoulful Feast presents an authentic culinary journey through Korea. The menu showcases a range of traditional favourites, including refreshing banchan (traditional Korean side dishes), nourishing samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup), savoury bulgogi (marinated Korean beef), comforting japchae (stir-fried glass noodles with vegetables), and hearty jjigae stews (rich, slow-cooked Korean stews). These dishes are complemented by international selections, offering a balanced dining experience suited to both adventurous diners and those seeking familiar flavours.

Chef Kim, known for her ability to blend tradition with contemporary techniques, brings her culinary heritage to the forefront of the showcase. Her approach focuses on preserving authentic flavours while adapting them for a buffet setting, ensuring accessibility without compromising on quality or cultural integrity.

To enhance the celebratory spirit, The Line is offering a “Dine 4, Pay 3” promotion throughout the programme for both lunch and dinner. On 8 March, International Women’s Day, all female diners will enjoy a 50 per cent discount, reinforcing the theme of appreciation and shared celebration.

The Seoulful Feast buffet will be available for lunch from 12:00pm to 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm at The Line, Tower Wing, Lower Lobby, 22 Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258350. Prices are set at $68++ per person for lunch and $98++ per person for dinner.

The initiative reflects the hotel’s ongoing commitment to experiential dining concepts that align with cultural milestones. While positioned as a celebration of International Women’s Day, Seoulful Feast also underscores the hotel’s broader focus on curated culinary experiences as a key pillar of its dining and hospitality offerings.
