SINGAPORE, 25 February 2020 – Mr. Luis Alberto Melo was Partner and Director of Business Development at Consensus Consultores, a consulting firm specialized in strategic acquisitions, energy, and telecommunications. Prior to Consensus Consultores, Mr. Melo served as Plenipotentiary Ambassador in the Panama Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and as Executive Assistant to the President of Panama, Martin Torrijos. Mr. Melo graduated from the Latin American University of Science and Technology in Panama with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has a Master’s degree in Government.
