Krystian Tkaczewski, known as the “Polish Virtuoso,” has mesmerized audiences worldwide with his piano performances, captivating listeners across the USA, Asia, and Europe. His illustrious career soared to new heights with a triumphant debut at Carnegie Hall in April 2007, where critics like Anthony Aibel hailed his elegance, profound knowledge, passionate performance, and powerhouse technique. Born in Tarnów, Poland, in 1980, Tkaczewski graduated from the Academy of Music in Wrocław and later earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The Hartt School.

As a laureate of over 25 international piano competitions, Tkaczewski’s artistry has transcended borders, performing in 30 countries on five continents. Besides his exceptional performances, he has also served as a juror in prestigious international piano competitions and conducted master classes globally. Tkaczewski’s dedication to Polish music has garnered numerous awards, including the Medal for Merit to Polish Culture. As an active cultural ambassador, he continues to shape the musical landscape as the artistic director of various competitions and festivals, leaving a lasting impact on the classical music world.

Krystian Tkaczewski will present a repertoire including works by Bach, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, and Chopin at the Victoria Concert Hall.
