The Leaders in Governance Programme, held in Singapore and organized by the Civil Service College, concluded on 27 August 2024, with senior public officers from 17 countries and the presence of the Thai Ambassador.

THE Leaders in Governance Programme, an esteemed annual event organized by the Civil Service College Singapore, concluded on 27 August 2024. The programme brought together senior public officers from 17 countries, providing a platform for the exchange of insights on governance challenges and the sharing of Singapore’s governance experience.

The closing ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, who served as the Guest of Honour, and H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore. The event celebrated the contributions of participants, including Thai officials Mr. Thalerngsak Petchsuwan, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and Mr. Wathanachai Thongprasert, Senior Advisor at the National Intelligence Agency.

This programme continues to be a critical forum for public officers worldwide to discuss best practices, share experiences, and develop innovative approaches to governance, fostering stronger international cooperation and understanding.
