Mongolia’s Minister of Culture, Sport, Tourism, and Youth Ch. Nomin and Singapore’s Minister of Manpower Tan See Leng explored opportunities for collaboration on tourism, youth development, and human resource empowerment.

Mongolia’s Minister of Culture, Sport, Tourism, and Youth, Ch. Nomin, met with Singapore’s Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry, Tan See Leng, to discuss areas of mutual interest, including tourism, youth development, and sustainable growth. The meeting, held in Singapore, was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between the two countries, particularly in key areas such as youth empowerment, human resource development, and tourism.

During the discussion, both parties exchanged views on enhancing cooperation to support sustainable tourism, promote youth development, and explore opportunities for direct flights between Mongolia and Singapore. Minister Nomin highlighted Mongolia’s desire to learn from Singapore’s experiences in developing public physical education programmes and fostering human capital. Both ministers expressed a shared commitment to working together on initiatives that would boost sustainable tourism and human resource capabilities in their respective countries.

The ministers agreed to further study the potential for cooperation in these fields and emphasised the importance of collaboration in driving both nations’ socio-economic development. This meeting marks another significant step towards deepening Mongolia-Singapore relations, with a focus on long-term development and cultural exchange.
