Singapore, 18 March 2025 – The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosted an exclusive women-only Iftar celebration, led by Chargé d’Affaires Mrs. Mashael Suliman AlShamari. Held at the scenic Marina Bay, the event brought together ambassadors, Saudi citizens, and representatives from various sectors in Singapore.
The Iftar gathering underscored Saudi Arabia’s commitment to fostering cultural exchange and strengthening diplomatic relations with Singapore and the wider international community. Attendees enjoyed a traditional Arabian feast, featuring an array of authentic Saudi dishes, reflecting the Kingdom’s rich culinary heritage. The event also provided a platform for networking and discussions on ongoing collaborations between Saudi Arabia and Singapore in areas such as trade, investment, and cultural diplomacy.
Mrs. AlShamari expressed gratitude for the presence of distinguished guests, emphasising the values of unity, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue that Ramadan embodies.
