The collection marks Bowmore’s first domestic release of its sherry oak-matured expressions, offering whisky enthusiasts a deeper exploration of cask character and heritage.
Bowmore has officially introduced its Sherry Oak Cask Series to Singapore, marking the collection’s inaugural launch in the domestic market. The series features the 12, 15 and 18-Year-Old expressions, each crafted with a distinct combination of ex-Bourbon and sherry-seasoned casks.
Each expression in the series offers a multi-layered tasting experience, combining Bowmore’s signature maritime smokiness with rich notes of dried fruit, spice and oak. The 12-Year-Old reveals flavours of vanilla caramel and red berries; the 15-Year-Old showcases aromas of raisins, cocoa, and cedarwood; and the 18-Year-Old, finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, presents a bold profile of dark chocolate, orange zest, and peated richness. Prices range from SGD $120 to $300, and the full range will be available from 15 July via the Suntory Global Spirits LazMall store.
In celebration of the launch, 67 Pall Mall Singapore, a private members’ club, is featuring the full series as its Flight of the Month. Members can sample all three expressions alongside a daily rotating selection of seasonal small bites, priced at SGD $84++. Bottles from the series will also be available for purchase at the club.
