Riyadh initiative strengthens skills development in cement, tourism and non-profit sectors.
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – The National Center for Strategic Partnerships (NCSP) has launched three specialized academies to enhance workforce capabilities in key economic sectors. The new institutions will focus on cement production, tourism/hospitality, and non-profit management, bringing NCSP’s total academies to 45 nationwide.
Developed with industry partners including Yanbu Cement Company and the Culinary Association, the academies aim to align training programs with labor market demands. The initiative receives support from Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
“The academies represent a strategic step in developing national competencies,” the NCSP stated. Each institution will offer sector-specific programs designed to boost local employment and operational standards.
The expansion supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for economic diversification and workforce development. With locations across 25 cities, the academies will provide accessible training opportunities throughout the kingdom.
