RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — The New Murabba Development Company and Alat have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement focuses on developing advanced technologies for the New Murabba project and its centrepiece, The Mukaab. The partnership is a strategic step towards fulfilling the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The collaboration will focus on delivering immersive digital experiences for The Mukaab. It will also explore local manufacturing opportunities for advanced tech and research and development (R&D) within the Kingdom. This move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s industrial localisation journey.

New Murabba Development Company CEO Michael Dyke stated, “This strategic partnership marks a significant step in delivering next-generation infrastructure and digital environments that align with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.” He added that the collaboration would unlock opportunities for local innovation and technology.

The MoU also includes studying financing for initial investments in hardware and R&D. The goal is to establish resilient production facilities in Saudi Arabia. This partnership aims to build a smart, future-ready urban destination that redefines modern living.
