The SG60 initiative brought together donors and volunteers to promote health, safety, and resilience through a day of giving and practical workshops.
Singapore, 8 August 2025 — In a powerful display of community spirit and solidarity, Heartbeat Heroes SG 2025 was held at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) Alexandra Technopark, combining a blood donation drive with essential life skills workshops. Jointly organised by SMF, the Singapore Red Cross, and Messe Düsseldorf Asia, with support from the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, Mentor Media Supply Chain Solutions (member of the Elanders Group), and Pico Group, the event formed part of Singapore’s SG60 commemorations.

The initiative went beyond encouraging blood donations. Participants also took part in a series of practical and informative sessions, including Occupational First Aid, Mental Health, and Heat Resilience Workshops, aimed at equipping the public with skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergencies and to safeguard their well-being.
The organisers expressed their appreciation to all who contributed to the event’s success, from blood donors to workshop participants and corporate partners. As a token of gratitude, donors received a limited-edition Heartbeat Heroes SG 2025 t-shirt — a memento of their role in strengthening the nation’s resilience.
By merging acts of compassion with vital skill-building, Heartbeat Heroes SG 2025 reflected the SG60 spirit of unity, preparedness, and care for the community.
