FILIPINO FLAVOURS AND SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION TAKE CENTRE STAGE IN SINGAPORE
The Philippines officially opened its national pavilion at Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 (FHA 2026), held from 21 to 24 April 2026 at the Singapore Expo, underscoring the country’s growing strength in the global food export sector.
The Philippine Pavilion was inaugurated through a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by H.E. Ambassador Medardo G. Macaraig, joined by Carla Regina P. Grepo, Commercial Counsellor of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC)-Singapore, and Assistant Director Maria Cecilia Angela D. Labandan of the Department of Trade and Industry-Export Marketing Bureau (DTI-EMB). The opening marked the Philippines’ official participation in one of Asia’s premier food and hospitality trade events.
At the pavilion, Filipino exporters are presenting a diverse range of products, including organic coconut-based goods, premium pili nut creations, specialty coffee, artisanal gin, and innovative snack items. Many participating companies are halal-ready and internationally certified, offering natural foods, sauces, condiments, and specialty beverages tailored to Singaporean and Southeast Asian consumer preferences.

The showcase reflects the Philippines’ commitment to sustainable innovation and high-quality food production, while demonstrating its readiness to meet evolving regional and global market demands. It also provides a platform for exporters to connect with international buyers, distributors, and potential business partners within the region.
Located at Hall 6, Booth No. 6D2-07, the Philippine Pavilion invites buyers and industry stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities and experience the richness of Filipino flavours and products. The participation further reinforces ongoing efforts by Philippine trade agencies to promote the country as a reliable source of world-class food exports.
