
The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore partnered with Gardens by the Bay to carry out a volunteer landscaping activity in honour of His Majesty the King’s Birthday Anniversary
The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, in collaboration with Gardens by the Bay, organised a public service volunteer activity on 27 July 2026 to restore the lawn and improve the landscaping within the Embassy’s premises. The initiative was held in honour of His Majesty the King’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026.

Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore H.E. Mrs. Worapunnee Damrongmanee officiated the opening ceremony, joined by Embassy officials and staff who participated in the landscaping efforts as part of the commemorative programme.
The activity was supported by Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay. Senior Director of Gardens Operation Ms. Kalthom Latiff and Director of Gardens Operation Mr. Lai Liangfa attended the event to demonstrate sand-spreading techniques for lawn maintenance and provided the agricultural equipment used during the volunteer activity.
The initiative reflected the Embassy’s commitment to community service and environmental stewardship while highlighting the continued cooperation between the Royal Thai Embassy and Gardens by the Bay in promoting shared civic and environmental values.
