H.E. Ambassador Cao Zhongming and Ms Low Yen Ling Discuss Advancing China–Singapore Economic and Cultural Cooperation.
On 21 July, H.E. Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with Ms Low Yen Ling, Singapore’s Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, for an in-depth discussion on enhancing China–Singapore cooperation in the areas of economic, trade and cultural development. Mr Kang Yiming, Counsellor at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Singapore, also attended the meeting.
During the meeting, H.E. Ambassador Cao and Ms Low exchanged views on strengthening bilateral collaboration, reflecting the long-standing and multifaceted partnership between China and Singapore. Their discussions focused on deepening cooperation across key sectors that continue to drive economic growth and foster closer people-to-people connections.
The dialogue underscored the importance of maintaining regular high-level engagement as both countries explore new opportunities for collaboration in trade, industry and cultural exchanges. Such engagements continue to reinforce mutual trust and support the development of practical initiatives that benefit both nations.
