Poland joined the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC), with the instrument of accession deposited in Manila on the 50th anniversary of the treaty’s signing.
The instrument of accession was deposited on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs by Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun. According to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Singapore, the accession demonstrated Poland’s commitment to building global partnerships and strengthening its ties with ASEAN.
