H.E. Robyn Mudie discussed Australia-Singapore ties and emerging opportunities for Australian businesses at AustCham Singapore’s Breakfast Briefing.
AustCham Singapore hosted a Breakfast Briefing with H.E. Robyn Mudie, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, focusing on the Australia-Singapore relationship and its relevance for the business community. The Breakfast Briefing was supported by ANZ and BlueScope as Event Partners.
In her keynote, H.E. Mudie discussed the strength and maturity of bilateral ties, highlighting economic resilience, essential supplies, the green economy, energy, innovation and regional connectivity.
Senior Team Australia representatives from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and the Australian High Commission in Singapore also discussed Singapore’s role as a regional launchpad and opportunities in artificial intelligence, energy, infrastructure, data centres and defence.
Panellists Ms. Amelia Walsh, Mr. David Wise, Mr. Gaurav Johri and Ms. Katrina Lourie highlighted the importance of regular engagement, a strong value proposition, an understanding of local needs and collaboration within the Team Australia network when developing long-term business partnerships.
