Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini visited Singapore from 4 to 6 October 2026. His programme focused on investment, infrastructure, technology, environmental management and tourism development. He also participated in the Singapore-India Network for Growth (SING) Forum 2026.

During the visit, Chief Minister Saini met Ms. Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Trade and Industry, Singapore. They discussed infrastructure, industry and cooperation between Haryana and Singapore. Chief Minister Saini highlighted opportunities for Singapore companies to establish technology and professional capability centres in Haryana. He also referred to possible partnerships in integrated townships, commercial development and modern urban infrastructure in Gurugram and surrounding areas.

Chief Minister Saini also visited Suntec City. He studied its construction and operational systems. The visit was linked to Haryana’s proposed convention centre in Gurugram, which is planned on 20 acres and is intended to include modern technology and engineering facilities.

At Gardens by the Bay, Chief Minister Saini observed plant conservation, environmental practices and water management systems. He later visited Mandai Wildlife Reserve. There, he reviewed wildlife conservation and tourism arrangements in relation to Haryana’s proposed jungle safari in the Aravalli region of Gurugram and Nuh. The proposed project is planned on about 10,000 acres.

The visit also included a fireside chat with investors and industry representatives. Chief Minister Saini answered questions about investment opportunities in Haryana. He also highlighted the set up of Merlion Desk, which was established to support Singapore-based investment proposals and help move them towards implementation in Haryana.
