Embassy showcases Filipino art, heritage and hospitality to Singapore hotel representatives.
The Philippine Embassy in Singapore hosted 31 representatives from nearly 20 partner hotels for a special Tuloy Po Kayo! Chancery Tour at its premises at 20 Nassim Road. Organised in celebration of Museums and Galleries Month, the visit provided hotel representatives with an opportunity to explore the Embassy’s cultural spaces, learn about the history of its reconstructed Chancery and engage with Embassy officers.

The tour featured several areas within the Embassy, including Sinagtala Hall, Narra Circle and Sentro Rizal, which showcase aspects of Filipino art, culture and heritage. Participants were introduced to the spaces and their respective roles in presenting Philippine cultural identity to visitors in Singapore.
The programme also highlighted the story behind the newly reconstructed Philippine Embassy Chancery at 20 Nassim Road. The visit provided an opportunity for the hotel representatives to familiarise themselves with the Embassy’s facilities and cultural spaces, which serve as venues for diplomatic engagements and cultural activities.

Following the guided tour, guests participated in a networking session featuring traditional Filipino kakanin, offering an opportunity to experience Filipino hospitality while exchanging views with Embassy officers. The informal engagement also allowed representatives from the participating hotels to interact with Embassy personnel and learn more about the Embassy’s activities and programmes.

The Philippine Embassy expressed its appreciation to its hotel partners for their longstanding support of diplomatic engagements, cultural initiatives, official visits and community programmes. Their contributions have supported the Embassy in organising activities and facilitating engagements involving visiting officials, diplomatic representatives and members of the wider community.
The Embassy also highlighted its intention to continue working with its hotel partners in the coming years, including in preparation for Singapore’s hosting of ASEAN in 2027. The regional chairmanship is expected to provide further opportunities for diplomatic and institutional engagements involving Singapore and its international partners.

Through the Tuloy Po Kayo! Chancery Tour, the Philippine Embassy provided participating hotel representatives with an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of Philippine culture and the Embassy’s work in Singapore, while maintaining engagement with partners supporting its official and cultural activities.
