Singapore MICE Awards and Future Economy Conference 2026 drive industry excellence and economic collaboration
The Singapore MICE Awards 2026 (SMA) will return as a key industry platform recognising excellence and innovation in Singapore’s business events sector. Organised by Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS), the initiative aims to honour individuals and organisations contributing to Singapore’s position as a global MICE destination.
Ahead of the awards ceremony scheduled for 30 July 2026, SACEOS will conduct briefing sessions to guide participants through nomination categories, evaluation criteria, and submission processes. The sessions are designed to support both established industry players and emerging talent in participating effectively in the awards.
In parallel, the Future Economy Conference 2026 (FEC) will be held from 13 to 14 May 2026, organised by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). The conference serves as a strategic platform for dialogue between government and business leaders, focusing on technology, talent, and trust as key pillars of Singapore’s economic transformation.

The event will feature senior policymakers and industry stakeholders, including Gan Kim Yong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry, alongside Jeffrey Siow and David Neo. Discussions are expected to address enterprise transformation, innovation, and strategies to navigate global economic challenges.
Together, the Singapore MICE Awards and the Future Economy Conference reflect ongoing efforts to strengthen Singapore’s business events ecosystem while advancing public-private collaboration in support of long-term economic growth.
