Some locations have restricted access, with Lubuk Pintu Raja open only twice a month and limited to a maximum of three people, while Lubuk Kem Besu is open once a month. The park operates from 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm from Sunday to Wednesday. On Thursdays, opening hours are 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm, while Fridays operate from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 3.00pm to 5.00pm. On Saturdays, the park is open from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
For visitors travelling from Gua Musang, Kuala Koh can be reached by taxi or e-hailing service, with the journey taking approximately one to two hours. Travellers arriving by train can continue their journey from Kuala Lipis towards the Kelantan region before taking a taxi or e-hailing service to the park. Driving is another convenient option, allowing travellers to enjoy the scenic landscapes surrounding the route to Kuala Koh.
