A Polish delegation led by Undersecretary of State Rafał Rosiński joined this year’s SICW, days after Singapore and Poland signed a cybersecurity MoU in Warsaw.

Poland sent a delegation from its Ministry of Digital Affairs to Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) 2026, held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre under the theme “Cyber at a Crossroads: Shaping the New Cyber Order”. The group was led by Undersecretary of State Rafał Rosiński and accompanied by the Ambassador of Poland to Singapore, H.E. Tadeusz Chomicki.

The visit followed a Memorandum of Understanding signed on 1 October 2026 at Poland’s 8th Cybersecurity Forum in Warsaw. It was signed for Singapore by Justiin Ang, Deputy Chief Executive (National Cyber Resilience) at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), and for Poland by Secretary of State Paweł Olszewski of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

CSA describes the MoU as “a broad framework to strengthen cybersecurity cooperation between Singapore and Poland”. It covers cybersecurity policy, Secure by Design principles, information sharing between national response teams, emerging technologies such as AI and quantum-safe systems, training, research and joint work under the Counter Ransomware Initiative.

On 14 October, Mr Rosiński met Singapore’s Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, Tan Kiat How. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral cybersecurity cooperation under the new framework, CSA said.

Mr Rosiński also took part in a high-level session on government-industry cooperation in the age of AI, drawing on Poland’s experience of cyber threats linked to its neighbourhood. His delegation held further bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the event, which Poland’s embassy described as part of a growing partnership.
