Experience over 120 wellness programs across Singapore in the expanded four-week Wellness Festival Singapore, starting June 21.

Wellness Festival Singapore (WFS) is set to dazzle both locals and tourists from June 21 to July 21, 2024, with a diverse lineup of over 120 wellness activities. This year, the festival, organized by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), stretches over four weeks, providing ample opportunities for participants to engage in a variety of health and wellness experiences.

The highlight of this year’s festival is the “Glow Festival by Prudential,” hosted by Exceed Sports and Entertainment. Taking place at the iconic Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza and Rain Oculus from July 5 to 21, Glow Festival promises an array of interactive and transformative wellness experiences. Participants can expect innovative offerings like virtual reality workouts, sensory-rich wellness technologies, and a variety of fitness and meditation classes.

Ms. Ong Ling Lee, Executive Director of Sports and Wellness at STB, emphasized the strategic partnership with Glow Festival and other key players to position Singapore as a premier Urban Wellness destination. She noted the festival’s role in enhancing the discoverability of Singapore’s extensive wellness offerings.

Martin Capstick, founder of Glow Festival, expressed excitement about the festival’s growth and its role in showcasing both global and local wellness talent.

  • Live It Up! by CapitaLand: This event features over 90 wellness activities in CapitaLand malls and properties, including the inaugural community run on June 29.
  • Gallery Wellness Special 2024 at National Gallery Singapore: With free entry, this event offers unique art-related wellness programs that encourage personal growth and reflection.
  • Where Mind & Body Connect by Marina Bay Sands: This event series at the SkyPark Observation Deck includes yoga, pilates, and other fitness classes with stunning city views.
  • Wellness offerings at Orchard Road: Including activities like yoga, pilates, and bouldering, along with sustainable culinary experiences.

WFS is accessible across six key precincts in Singapore, making it easy for attendees to participate in activities close to public transportation hubs. The festival not only promotes physical wellness but also emphasizes mental and emotional well-being, making it a holistic health event for all ages and interests.
