Separately, Bandar Balila, Imam of the Grand Mosque, highlighted that true joy for believers is rooted in spiritual fulfilment and closeness to God. He encouraged gratitude, repentance, and continued acts of worship following Ramadan, including the observance of fasting during the six days of Shawwal.

Meanwhile, Abdulmuhsin Al Qasim stressed that the acceptance of worship lies in sincerity and consistency beyond the month of Ramadan. He encouraged ongoing devotion through regular prayers, recitation of the Qur’an, and voluntary fasting as part of sustained spiritual discipline.

The sermons collectively reinforced key values of patience, forgiveness, humility, and community harmony, reflecting broader messages of unity and continuity of faith beyond Ramadan.
