Held in Singapore on 30 October 2026, the dialogue provided a platform for engagement between Rwandan representatives and members of the Asian investment community. The discussion centred on Rwanda’s position as an investment destination and its potential to connect Asian capital with business opportunities in the African market.
Mr Jean-Guy Afrika’s participation provided an opportunity to present Rwanda’s investment proposition to an audience of investors and financial stakeholders. Through the dialogue, participants were able to explore potential areas of interest in Rwanda and consider opportunities for establishing business partnerships.
The event’s theme, “Rwanda as a Gateway: Connecting Asian Wealth with Africa’s Growth”, reflected its focus on facilitating connections between Asian wealth and investment prospects in Rwanda. It also highlighted the country’s intended role as an entry point for businesses and investors seeking opportunities in Africa.
Mr Chi Man Kwan, as Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Raffles Family Office, joined Mr Jean-Guy Afrika in the dialogue, which focused on connecting investors with opportunities in Rwanda.
