
Kazakhstan’s egg industry representative joined global sector leaders at Singapore conference this September.
The World Egg Organisation (WEO) Global Leadership Conference began in Singapore on 7 September 2026, with Kazakhstan represented by Mr. Maxim Bozhko, CEO and Co-Founder of Shanyrak Group. Mr. Bozhko participated as a key speaker, presenting Kazakhstan’s experience in developing a modern, vertically integrated agribusiness, while his election to the WEO Board for a five-year term gave Kazakhstan representation within the organisation’s leadership.

The conference provided a platform for leading producers, industry experts and representatives of the global egg sector to discuss developments and experiences within the industry. Held in Singapore, the event featured participation from stakeholders representing different parts of the international egg sector.
As Kazakhstan’s representative, Mr. Bozhko shared insights from Shanyrak Group and Kazakhstan’s approach to building an integrated agribusiness model. His participation highlighted the country’s experience in the egg industry and provided an opportunity to present this perspective to an international professional audience.

A key development during the conference was Mr. Bozhko’s election to the Board of the World Egg Organisation for a five-year term. The appointment provided Kazakhstan with representation on the organisation’s governing board and a role in its international industry platform.
Mr. Bozhko serves as CEO and Co-Founder of Shanyrak Group, an agribusiness company from Kazakhstan. His participation in the WEO Global Leadership Conference combined his role as an industry speaker with his new position on the organisation’s Board.

The World Egg Organisation Global Leadership Conference is an international gathering for representatives of the egg sector, including producers and industry experts. The 2026 conference in Singapore provided a setting for participants to exchange industry experience and perspectives.
