
The three-day event will convene industry leaders, policymakers, academia and start-ups to advance collaboration across the semiconductor value chain
India will host SEMICON India 2026 from 17 to 19 September at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention and Expo Centre in New Delhi. Jointly organised by the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) and SEMI, the event will bring together stakeholders from across the global semiconductor ecosystem to promote innovation, partnerships and supply chain resilience.
The event is being held under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, and forms part of the country’s efforts to strengthen its position in the global semiconductor industry. Industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, academics and start-ups are expected to participate in discussions on emerging technologies, manufacturing capabilities and international cooperation.
SEMICON India 2026 will provide a platform for stakeholders across the highly interconnected semiconductor value chain to exchange ideas and develop collaborative initiatives. The event aims to facilitate engagement between industry, government and academia, reflecting India’s growing role as a trusted partner in semiconductor design, manufacturing and innovation.
Held under the theme of connecting today’s global ecosystem to transform tomorrow’s growth and innovation, the event will seek to foster actionable partnerships and strengthen cooperation among key stakeholders. SEMICON India 2026 is expected to contribute to the continued development of India’s semiconductor capabilities and support broader international efforts to advance the industry.
